Summer of 1999, my family and I had the opportunity to vacation in New York City. We had a lovely time, saw a few Broadway shows, The Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, The Empire State Building, Central Park and we visited The World Trade Center. At the World Trade Center, there is what is called the "Top of The World" indoor and outdoor observation deck. When arriving at the World Trade Center we had a souvenir photo taken of us in the lobby area then up the elevators to the indoor observation deck and then it ends with a wonderful rooftop stroll with a suburb view..It is unfortunate for those who have never had the opportunity to see or visit the WTC. They were a couple of enormous and majestic buildings located in lower Manhattan. Now, their absence from the cityscape of Manhattan breaks my heart. The day they fell, our freedom, as we knew it, was taken from us. America will never be the same.God Bless America and God Bless those innocent people who lost their lives.

Jaipur popularly known as the Pink City, is the capital of Rajasthan state, India. Historically rendered as Jeypore, Jaipur is the former capital of the princely state of Jaipur. Founded in 1727 by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, the ruler of Amber, the city today has a population of more than 5 million residents.Built of pink stucco in imitation of sandstone, the city is remarkable among pre-modern Indian cities for the width and regularity of its streets which are laid out into six sectors separated by broad streets 111 ft (34 m) wide. The urban quarters are further divided by networks of gridded streets. Five quarters wrap around the east, south, and west sides of a central palace quarter, with a sixth quarter immediately to the east. The Palace quarter encloses a sprawling palace complex (the Hawa Mahal, or palace of winds), formal gardens, and a small lake. Nahargarh Fort crowns the hill in the northwest corner of the old city. Another noteworthy building is Sawai Jai Singh's observatory, Jantar Mantar.

GTR-DVD-1095 - Nefta Four hundred kilometres southwest of the Tunisian capital of Tunis and close to the Algerian border in Bled El Jerid is the delightful oasis town of Nefta. Beyond its bright cupolas and angled roofs is the breathtaking expanse of the enormous Schott Dscherid Salt Plain. What formerly served as the rear guard of the Roman Empire and that was subsequently used as a bishop's residence developed into the most important religious centre of an ancient Muslim sect known as the Sufis. In addition to Nefta's twenty-four mosques there are also more than a hundred sacred burial places known as 'Marabouts'. The life-giving reason that led to the origin of Nefta in the midst of this barren, desert like landscape can be found close to the historic centre of the town: precious water bubbles out of a total of a hundred and fifty two Artesian Wells that has brought new life to more than nine hundred and fifty hectares of lifeless desert. The desert wind, the Scirocco, is a reminder of the harshness of the surrounding landscape. Even with the protection of the oasis, on some days the wind manages to blow its way through the town. But as the sun gradually sets below the horizon, Nefta is like a scene from the One Thousand And One Nights.
